Last month, we launched Collaboration on Julius, enabling individuals to work together on data analysis in real time. This was an important step in breaking down data silos, helping teams work faster and smarter. Today, we're announcing 5 new updates to Julius Teams, our core product for organizational collaboration on data analysis.
Julius Teams allows companies to set up teams and sub-teams in a shared workspace, whether it’s marketing, operations, finance, IT, or other departments. Teams users can create and refine Workflows collaboratively, upload and share files, and centralize user management and billing.
After listening to our customers, we heard they wanted functionality that will give them more control. So here’s the latest updates to Teams:
User roles and permissions
Assign specific roles and permissions to other teammates. For instance, designate an Admin to manage billing and team invites, allowing other team members to focus on their primary tasks.
Sub-teams for organizations
Create sub-teams to separate distinct workflows, files, and discussions clearly within larger teams. For example, Marketing departments can organize separate sub-teams for performance marketing and product marketing, ensuring clarity and preventing overlap.
Team Usage Dashboard
Track how efficiently your team utilizes Julius. Dashboards provide insights into workspace activity, highlighting frequently used files, popular workflows, and active discussions. If you’re the manager of the team, you can easily identify and optimize how your teams are collaborating with each other.
Shared Threads
Share personal Threads containing ideas and analyses with your team, providing necessary context and opportunities for feedback. And don’t worry - your personal workspace is always private to just you.
Two-factor authentication
Enhance team security by requiring two-factor authentication, ensuring only authorized members access team resources.
Bonus: Auto-share workflow runs
Educators can share workflows with classes without allowing students to view each other's work.
Julius Teams is now included for all Pro subscribers at no additional cost. Previously at $50/month per member, Julius Teams is now integrated into the Pro plan at just $45/month per member. And for a limited time, you can invite 2 team members to your team’s space for free.
With this update, we're continuing our commitment to removing barriers and making data analysis accessible for everyone. If you’re already on Julius Pro today, invite a teammate or your whole team, and try it out. Not on Julius yet? Try it for free today.
