How to Request a Refund
The fastest way to request a refund is through our self-serve portal:- Navigate to the Subscription page.
- Click Invoices and Payment Methods (or Cancel or Manage Plan) to open the billing portal.
- Click Cancel plan.
- If you are eligible for a refund, you will see an option to End subscription immediately and receive a refund. Select this option to process your refund automatically.
- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
- Your receipt number
- The reason for your refund request
- Confirmation that your request is for data analysis services
Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment. If you made your purchase with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
