Julius offers a Free plan as well as several paid plans. You can compare plans and see current prices at julius.ai/pricing.

Upgrading Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Upgrade under the plan you wish to upgrade to
  3. Complete your purchase on the Stripe checkout screen
Upgrades take effect immediately, and your billing cycle resets to the upgrade date.
If you have credits remaining from your previous plan, they stack with your new plan’s credits. Existing credits keep their original expiration date — the end of the billing period in which they were granted.

Downgrading Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Downgrade under the plan you wish to switch to
  3. Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll keep access to your current plan’s features and credits until then, and your new plan begins on your next billing date.Any unused portion of your current plan is automatically applied as a credit toward your next invoice — no separate refund is issued.

Switching Between Monthly and Annual Billing

You can switch your billing cadence from the Subscription page.
  • Monthly → Annual: Takes effect immediately. Your billing cycle resets to the switch date.
  • Annual → Monthly: Takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Invoices and Payment Methods to open your billing portal
  3. Click Cancel plan
  4. If eligible, you can select End subscription immediately and receive a refund

After canceling, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? You must cancel through Apple or Google directly — canceling on the website won’t stop those charges. See our full cancel guide for step-by-step instructions.

Canceling a Team Workspace

If you have a Business or Enterprise plan with a team workspace and want to remove it:
  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Navigate to the Teams tab Teams tab in Julius subscription settings
  3. Scroll down to the Delete Team section Delete Team section in Julius subscription settings

Managing Payment Methods and Billing Information

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Invoices & Payment Methods
  3. Click Add payment method to change your current payment method Invoices & Payment Methods link in subscription settings Add payment method button in billing portal Payment method form in billing portal
  4. Click Update information to update your billing information (e.g. name, address, company, VAT info) Billing information update form

Subscription Renewals

Your subscription will auto-renew monthly or annually, depending on the type of subscription you’ve purchased.Canceling the subscription yourself will keep the subscription active until the end of your billing period.
Subscribed through the App Store or Play Store? All plan changes — upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations — must be made through Apple or Google directly.
